About the Role

Join the Alpine Fleet team and spend the winter working in some of the most iconic ski resorts in the French & Swiss Alps. We provide shared and private airport transfers across top destinations including Val Thorens, Tignes, Morzine, Avoriaz, Chamonix, Méribel, Courchevel, La Plagne, Alpe d’Huez, Val d’Isère, and more.

About the Role

As a Resort Dispatcher, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests arrive and depart smoothly during busy airport transfer weekends. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position that requires excellent organisation, communication, and the confidence to work independently& as part of a team.

We offer both full-time and part-time seasonal contracts.

This role is ideal for energetic, proactive people who thrive under pressure and enjoy working outdoors in a dynamic alpine environment. Weekend availability is essential, as Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest operational days.

Key Responsibilities

Meet Alpine Fleet transfer vehicles and coordinate guest arrivals and departures throughout the resort
Work closely with drivers and customers to ensure smooth transfer operations
Assist with loading luggage and preparing timely airport departures
Support resort scheduling and daily transfer planning
Communicate with customers & drivers in person and over the phone
Act as one of the main point of contact for guests within the resort on arrival & departure.

Key Requirements

Excellent English language skills
Basic French language skills required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good IT proficiency
Customer-facing work experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Be available from 01 Dec 2026 until 30 April 2027
Must have a mobile phone with roaming capability
EU passport holders with the legal right to work in France
