What to include
To help us get you an answer first time, please include:
- The email address on your SeasonSeek account
- A link to the job listing, if your question is about a specific job
- A short description of the problem, including any error message you saw
Forgotten your password?
No need to email — you can reset it yourself in a couple of clicks:
- Job seekers: reset your account password
- Recruiters: reset your recruiter password
The reset link is emailed to the address on your account. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before getting in touch.
