The Boot Lab team has been helping customers get the most out of their skiing by providing comfort-guaranteed ski boot fitting since 2011.
Our reputation as one of Europe’s top boot fitting specialists is built on technical precision, clear communication, and five-star rated service.
We operate a fast-paced, dynamic shop where we use our expertise to find the best ski boot option for each client’s goals, then use equipment to make adjustments and fine-tune the fit. Our expertise and clear communication mean our clients get a truly personalised treatment.
We’re looking for professional team members whose love of winter sports is backed up by a strong work ethic. Whether you’ve worked in the ski industry / retail before or you’re simply keen to learn, if you bring the right attitude and enthusiasm, we want to hear from you.

JOB DESCRIPTION
In the shop
- Delivering a friendly customer experience
- Helping customers understand the ski boot fitting process
- Keeping the shop looking smart, stocked, and welcoming
- Handling sales, POS, and daily cash reconciliation
- Opening/closing the shop
- Supporting customers with ski testing and binding set up
Boot fitting (full training provided)
- Assisting with customer assessments and fittings
- Learning to analyse foot shape, biomechanics, and skiing style
- Supporting boot fitting, adjustments, and customisation
- Developing detailed technical knowledge of our winter sports range
