About the Role

Join the Alpine Fleet team and spend the winter working in some of the most iconic ski resorts in the French & Swiss Alps. We provide shared and private airport transfers across top destinations.

As a Resort Dispatcher, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests arrive and depart smoothly during busy airport transfer weekends. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position that requires excellent organisation, communication, and the confidence to work independently& as part of a team.

We have part-time seasonal contracts for Aime La Plagne

This role is ideal for energetic, proactive people who thrive under pressure and enjoy working outdoors in a dynamic alpine environment. Weekend availability is essential, as Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest operational days.

Key Responsibilities

Meet Alpine Fleet transfer vehicles and coordinate guest arrivals and departures throughout the resort
Work closely with drivers and customers to ensure smooth transfer operations
Assist with loading luggage and preparing timely airport departures
Support resort scheduling and daily transfer planning
Communicate with customers & drivers in person and over the phone
Act as one of the main point of contact for guests within the resort on arrival & departure.

Essential Requirements

Customer-facing work experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Be available from 5 Dec 2026 until 05 April 2027
