Lead exceptional hospitality in one of Japan's most exclusive luxury residential experiences.
Seasons Niseko is seeking an experienced Senior Host to help lead our Guest Experience team within two exceptional private residences in the heart of Niseko.
This is not a hotel role. Our guests enjoy the privacy of their own luxury residence, supported by a small, highly professional team delivering warm, intuitive and seamless hospitality.
We're looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a hands-on environment, and genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
About the Role
As a Senior Host, you will support the Residence Operations Manager in the day-to-day operation of the residences while leading the Host team during your shift.
You will be responsible for ensuring every guest interaction reflects the high standards of Seasons Niseko, from welcoming guests into the residence to delivering exceptional food and beverage service throughout their stay.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a hospitality Supervisor or Management role (essential)
Strong Food & Beverage experience in premium hospitality
Experience in luxury restaurants, private clubs, premium hospitality or luxury guest experiences
Outstanding leadership and people skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Excellent communication skills and fluent English
A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
A current driver's licence (preferred)
