About the Role
We are looking for an organised, confident and customer-focused person to join our Morzine team for the winter season.
35 hours per week over 4 days
Early December to mid-April
Pay dependent on role offered
The role combines weekend airport operations with two days per week in our Morzine office.
At the airport, you’ll help manage busy transfer days with up to 700 passengers, coordinating flights, customers, drivers and subcontractors. You’ll need to stay calm under pressure, reorganise plans when flights are delayed and provide excellent customer service.
Airport shifts alternate between early and late weekends, approximately 05:00–15:00 or 11:00–21:00, including travel from Morzine. Transport is provided and travel time is paid. Flexibility is essential as finishing times depend on flights and operational requirements.
Office days are normally 09:00–18:00 and involve monitoring flights and drivers, answering calls and emails, reservations and scheduling.
Once trained, you’ll also cover the out-of-hours phone one night per week, with an additional two hours’ pay.
Experience in transfers, logistics or customer service would be an advantage, as would basic French.
We’re looking for someone friendly, practical and organised who can think on their feet and stay calm when plans change.
