About the Role

Join the Alpine Shine Family

At Alpine Shine, we believe that exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional people.

We are a passionate team dedicated to creating outstanding experiences in some of the most beautiful locations in the Alps. Working with us is not simply about doing a job; it is about becoming part of a close-knit team where everyone plays an important role in making our guests’ stays truly memorable.

We are looking for people who take pride in what they do, who care about the small details, and who genuinely enjoy making others feel welcome. Whether you are an experienced hospitality professional or someone bringing a fresh perspective and a strong willingness to learn, we value your personality, attitude, and commitment just as much as your experience.

Life in the mountains can be demanding, but it is also incredibly rewarding. We work hard, support each other and celebrate our successes together. We believe in open communication, mutual respect, and creating an environment where our team feels trusted, valued, and supported.

If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working as part of a team, and would love the opportunity to live and work in the Alps, we would love to hear from you.

Come and join Alpine Shine, and help us create experiences that our guests will remember long after they leave the mountains.
